Client Relationship Manager (aka Account Executive) The role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing strategic guidance, and ensuring seamless project execution.

Core Responsibilities

Build and maintain day‑to‑day relationships with junior and mid‑level client partners.

Develop a deep understanding of the client’s business, competitive landscape, and industry trends, translating insights into actionable guidance for internal teams.

Proactively manage timelines, budgets, and priorities with PMs to ensure seamless delivery and prevent surprises.

Capture and synthesize key meeting outcomes into clear next steps, responsibilities, and aligned actions across teams.

Partner with internal team leads to support the creative process, briefing media, creative, and strategy teams and ensuring continuity from brief to execution.

Leverage AI tools to streamline core workflows (meeting notes, status tracking, timelines, and documentation) while applying human judgment to refine outputs.

Serve as a quality‑control layer between AI‑assisted outputs and client delivery, ensuring work is thoughtful, tailored, and insight‑driven.

Adapt AI opportunities to improve team efficiency and output quality, maintaining high standards of human oversight.

Act as a connector across disciplines, aligning media, creative, and strategy teams for success.

Support a positive, solutions‑oriented team environment, helping unblock challenges and keep work moving forward.

Contribute to a culture of clarity, accountability, and continuous improvement in how work is executed.

Qualifications

1–3 years of fast‑paced advertising agency (or equivalent) experience in account management or client services.

High attention to detail with strong organizational skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence interacting with clients.

Proficiency in Google Workspace (Slides, Sheets, Docs).

Curiosity and openness to leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity and ways of working.
