Job Description Responsible for the creation and execution of high‑quality content across multiple channels. Primary focus is digital content formats including website, blogs, videos, infographics, landing pages, and more. Ensures content is engaging, on‑brand, and aligned with business objectives, promoting brand awareness, fostering engagement, and generating leads.

Responsibilities

Working closely with the Senior Manager, Content Marketing and the Content/SEO team to plan, develop and execute content strategies aligned with marketing and business goals.

Producing high‑quality content across multiple formats including website, blogs, videos, infographics, email content, ad copy, social content, landing pages, and more.

Collaborating with graphic designers, writers, developers, UX designers, videographers, and external vendors to aid in the creation of impactful digital assets and multimedia content.

Writing persuasive copy that resonates with our audience, with a primary focus on promoting brand awareness, fostering engagement, and generating leads.

Developing content variations to support A/B testing and refining headlines, CTA messaging, and web copy to improve engagement and conversion performance.

Tailoring messaging and tone to align with the unique goals of different marketing channels and understanding the audience intent and behavior across each.

Editing content, addressing spelling, grammar, and punctuation, and maintaining consistent style, brand voice, tone, and messaging across all outputs.

Managing content calendars and deadlines to ensure timely delivery of content.

Creating and optimizing content for search engines (SEO) to boost search rankings and performance.

Conducting research on relevant topics to verify credibility of content.

Partnering with subject matter experts and routing content for approval with internal stakeholders.

Staying up to date on digital marketing best practices, emerging trends, and new tools or technologies relevant to content creation and distribution.

Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or related field.

Demonstrated experience (3 years) of content writing and copywriting, supported by a portfolio of work.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Creative individual with exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.

Meticulous attention to detail across multiple channels and formats.

Knowledge of basic HTML.

Familiarity with CMS platforms.

Familiarity with SEO best practices and analytics tools.

Excellent organization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high‑quality content standards.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Pay Ranges $54,983.00 – $91,638.00

This range is based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate’s skills, experience, and geographic location, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive experience. An employee’s pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
