
Social Media Manager

Kaseya is seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media Manager with at least five years of B2B social media experience to join its global marketing communications team. This role is ideal for an experienced social media leader who can balance strategy, execution, and mentorship while helping to elevate brand reputation across Kaseya and its portfolio of brands.
Responsibilities
Own and drive the global social media strategy, aligning it with business goals and brand reputation
Act as a subject matter expert on social trends, platforms, and best practices
Mentor junior team members and uphold standards for content quality and performance
Lead content planning, including editorial calendars for campaigns and key initiatives
Oversee end-to-end content execution (copy, creative, publishing, optimization) across platforms
Ensure consistent messaging and brand voice across all social channels
Partner cross‑functionally to support launches, company updates, and executive communications
Manage analytics and reporting, using performance insights to continuously optimize strategy
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to establish and meet tight deadlines, change directions when necessary, and manage multiple projects at once.
Self‑motivated with ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment without direct supervision.
B2B public relations and social media experience related to technology products, IT, software or related industry strongly preferred.
Required Qualifications
BA/BS Degree in Journalism, Communications or Marketing or related degree.
2+ years experience with Meltwater, Sprout Social, and Canva software a plus.
3‑5 years demonstrated experience creating and editing short‑form and long‑form video content for social platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube), including basic motion, captions, and formatting for platform best practices.
