Commercial/Real Estate Litigation Associate
to its growing team.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to deepen their experience in high-stakes commercial disputes, particularly within the
real estate space.
What you’ll work on:
Commercial litigation matters with a focus on
real estate disputes
Commercial mortgage foreclosures, contract disputes, and fiduciary duty claims
Exposure to partnership and restrictive covenant disputes
What they’re looking for:
3-5 years of commercial litigation experience at a law firm
Experience or exposure to real estate litigation
Strong writing, research, and case management skills
Admission to the New York Bar
required
Highlights:
1,800 billable hours target
Collegial team with a steady pipeline of sophisticated matters
Opportunity for hands‑on experience and early responsibility
Base salary ranging from $180 - $210k, commensurate with experience
