A respected and dynamic law firm in King of Prussia is seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney to join its growing team. This is a unique opportunity for a driven legal professional to work on diverse, high stakes matters across or specifically in insurance defense, commercial litigation, financial services litigation, employment law, and real estate disputes. Key Responsibilities:
Represent clients in all stages of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, and trial
Handle a diverse caseload involving insurance defense, commercial disputes, financial litigation, employment matters, and real estate litigation
Draft legal documents including motions, briefs, and memoranda
Conduct legal research and develop case strategies
Participate in mediations, arbitrations, and court appearances
Collaborate with senior attorneys, clients, and support staff to drive successful outcomes
Qualifications:
J.D. from an accredited law school
Active license to practice in Pennsylvania and/or New Jersey
2 years of litigation experience minimum
Strong writing, communication, and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and case priorities
Familiarity with federal and state court procedures is preferred.
