We are seeking an Attorney to become a part of our team! Our firm represents healthcare clients, such as nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and physicians in civil litigation, binding arbitration, and administrative proceedings.
Responsibilities
Represent clients in court or before government agencies
Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients
Manage an assigned case load
Attend hearings, depositions, and mediations
Negotiate settlements for legal disputes
Perform legal research
Qualifications
Admission to The Florida Bar
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to build rapport with clients
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong work ethic
