Day in the life: - Manage and process purchase orders. - Maintain order acknowledgement. - Supply Chain clerical work. - VERY admin focused. - Manage email inbox. - NEED to be able to make phone calls to vendors when needed. (Ex. if they haven't received a response from the vendor and need to follow up) - Be detail oriented with the part numbers / order numbers. Skills: Clerical, Order processing, Order entry, Customer service Top Skills Details: Clerical, Order processing, Order entry, Customer service Additional Skills & Qualifications: - Does not need specific industry experience. - Needs 3+ years of high-volume admin experience. (Large company preferred.) VERY IMPORTANT: Please alert candidates that the duration of this assignment depends solely on when DCI Inc finds their Buyer 2 backfill. Once they find this backfill, there will no longer be a need for this position. Candidates must be comfortable with this position possibly ending before 2 months or going longer. Experience Level: Entry Level Job Type & Location: This is a Contract position based out of Saint Cloud, MN. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $28.00/hr.
