Unlock Health, Chicago, IL, United States
The Role
As a Strategist, you contribute to shaping strategy across clients and projects. You help turn research into insight, insight into strategy, and strategy into clear direction for teams and clients. This is a role where you build your craft through active contribution. You analyze, question, and connect ideas—helping translate complex business and healthcare challenges into focused, actionable strategy. You bring curiosity, attention to detail, and a willingness to engage. You’re eager to learn how strategy works in practice—how to structure complex problems, uncover meaningful insights, collaborate with and inspire creative teams, and contribute to work that drives real outcomes. Over time, you build confidence in your perspective and your ability to contribute to the work. You ask questions, push your thinking further, and look for what others might miss.
