ColonialWebb is seeking an energetic and talented Sheet Metal Foremen to provide field leadership and technical support to our Special Projects Team. As Sheet Metal Foreman, you will fabricate, assemble and install sheet metal products associated with commercial HVAC equipment and related mechanical systems. Additionally, you will direct the day‑to‑day work activities of other mechanics, apprentices, and helpers to ensure projects are completed safely and in accordance with budget and quality standards.

A day in the life:
Supervise and coordinate work activities for Sheet Metal Mechanics and Helpers
Perform installation and service duties while providing guidance
Demonstrate best practices to other mechanics, apprentices, and helpers
In collaboration with Construction Manager and Project Manager, discuss labor and material requirements as well as evaluate work in progress to ensure sheet metal services performed meet scheduling, budget, and quality standards
You should have:
Current or previous leadership experience as Foreman, Supervisor, or Superintendent
In‑depth work experience and ability installing commercial sheet metal systems
Strong experience and ability to interpret drawings and plans
Extensive knowledge of International Mechanical Code (IMC) and Sheet Metal and Air Contractors National Association (SMACNA) standards
Safety‑minded and thorough knowledge of OSHA safety regulations
Ability to utilize judgment to make decisions, independently
High energy level to handle dynamic, evolving, and fast‑paced workload
Initiative; self‑motivated (driven), self‑starter
Skillful listener, with excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Professional demeanor and positive attitude
