We are looking for a

Business Development Executive

with

3–4 years of experience , ideally within

fintech, crypto, or related technology sectors . The role focuses on client acquisition, partnerships, and revenue generation, requiring strong communication skills and a proven ability to close deals.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in fintech / crypto markets

Manage the full

sales lifecycle

from lead generation to deal closure

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners

Conduct product presentations, negotiations, and commercial discussions

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery

Track pipeline, revenue, and market feedback

Key Requirements

3–4 years of experience in

business development, sales, or partnerships

Exposure to

fintech, crypto, blockchain, or digital platforms

preferred

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Demonstrated

deal-closing capability

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
