A leading construction company is looking to hire a Marketing Coordinator on a full-time basis. As part of the marketing team, you will support business development and marketing efforts by creating and coordinating proposals, presentations, and marketing materials. If you are creative, a self-starter, and love putting together proposals that will help move the business forward, this will be an ideal fit for you!

Must be able to work 5 days/week in the Charlotte office.

Position Details

Develops prequalification and bid proposal package preparation and submissions as requested.

Establishes and maintains file structures for project specific Request for Qualification (RFQ) and Bid Proposals.

Manages client generated RFQ and documents, developed response, and final submission documentation within file structure.

Manages bid proposal preparation including, but not limited to, scope, resumes, project lists, organization charts, and any collateral/support documentation.

Assists with developing deliverable list, timeline for document preparation, submission requirements and responsibilities and final package submission.

Refresh firm’s brand image collateral (print and electronic), project profiles, team resumes, experience lists, and service/market sector summaries.

Update and maintain inventory of proposal resources, photos, and graphics.

Support the redevelopment of the website and creation of electronic marketing materials.

Update and maintain the marketing & business development information management system (Unanet/Cosential).

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in English, Marketing, Graphic Design or Communications required or equivalent work experience.

Experience in marketing and proposal/qualifications coordination, development, and production for the A/E/C industry.

Excellent skills in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere.

Strong writing, proofreading, and graphic design skills.

Familiarity with information management systems such as Unanet/Cosential, Deltek Vision, or a comparable system.

Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize workload.

Experience in Service or Construction industry preferred.

Good project management skills with ability to meet assigned deadlines.
