Are you ready for a dynamic, hands‑on role in marketing and events? We are seeking an organized, energetic, and detail‑oriented Tradeshow & Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in planning, coordinating, and executing trade shows, conferences, and marketing initiatives that showcase our brand and drive business growth.
You will thrive in a fast‑paced environment where no two days are the same and where you’ll support both strategic marketing efforts and high‑impact live events.
Responsibilities
Coordinate all aspects of trade show and event logistics, including hotel and travel arrangements, booth setup, signage, electrical, audio/visual needs, and promotional inventory
Create, manage, and restock event collateral and promotional materials
Partner with sales and marketing teams to ensure accurate capture, entry, and distribution of event leads through CRM systems
Research and identify new trade shows, conferences, networking events, and sponsorship opportunities
Maintain and manage the company events calendar, providing regular updates to leadership
Assist in managing event budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost efficiency
Travel 5% as needed (all expenses covered by company)
Plan, build, and execute email outreach campaigns while updating website pages and promotional landing pages
Design and coordinate event marketing materials such as booth graphics, handouts, branded merchandise, and displays
Contribute to marketing efforts for core product offerings to increase visibility and customer interest
Ensure all messaging and creative materials reflect a unified brand image across every platform
Help create introductory video materials for promotional campaigns and industry events
Develop presentations, graphics, and other multimedia assets to support sales and marketing objectives
Work cross-functionally with internal departments to adapt and distribute content through various channels
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required, strongly preferred in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
3+ years of general marketing experience within a manufacturing environment strongly preferred
Experience managing trade shows from planning through execution and attending events to represent the company
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast‑paced environment
Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset
