Help develop and drive MG&I’s strategic priorities Serve as an objective thought partner to leadership and influence decision making to advance top business priorities Support critical strategic initiatives from strategy to execution Help craft and execute MG&I’s transformation agenda and ensure accountability and follow-through Independently scope and structure cross‑functional projects with clear objectives, milestones and workstreams Help define and maintain the framework for tracking and measuring the team’s ongoing success Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

4+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, strategic finance, or similar roles Excellent analytical skills with the ability to structure and break down complex problems, synthesize diverse information, and develop actionable insights and recommendations Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to clearly and persuasively convey complex ideas; advanced storytelling abilities demonstrated through compelling PowerPoint presentations and proficient use of Excel Strong relationship builder comfortable collaborating with and influencing leadership Intellectual curiosity and ability to develop subject matter expertise in new subjects quickly Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization Experience working in financial services Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the US.
