About Our Team We are looking for a hands‑on

Launch Content Manager

to drive always‑on launch execution for Lenovo Qira and the AI Ecosystem. This role is responsible for creating monthly assets and managing an asset library hub, bringing product updates to life each month, and creating engaging, scalable content across external and internal channels.

We will operationalize AI product content across cross‑device experiences, ensuring every launch is supported with the right assets, narratives, and internal alignment. You will work closely with product, storytelling, growth, and communications teams to deliver consistent, high‑quality content that drives understanding, adoption, and organizational clarity.

Location Chicago, IL; Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

What You'll Do 1. Always‑On Launch Execution

Lead content development for monthly product updates and feature releases

Project management of content development and agency, supplier, and tools

Ensure consistency across all launch touchpoints (external and internal)

Manage timelines, deliverables, and cross‑functional alignment

2. Cross‑Device Storytelling

Develop content that showcases seamless experiences across PC, smartphone, and other devices

Ensure consistency in how Qira is represented across platforms

Highlight continuity, orchestration, and real‑world usage scenarios

3. Content & Asset Production

Own production of key content formats:

Demo videos

VODs / livestream assets

Short‑form and social content

Website content and updates

Lead and project manage creative and production teams to deliver high‑quality outputs at scale

4. Internal Communications & Enablement

Develop and manage internal communications tied to product launches and updates

Create and maintain:

Internal newsletters and update briefs

SharePoint / internal content hubs

Living FAQ and messaging repositories

Ensure internal stakeholders (sales, product, support teams) have clear, up‑to‑date information

Drive alignment and clarity across teams on new features, messaging, and priorities

5. Digital Experience & Content Systems

Manage and evolve key content surfaces:

Website pages and storytelling assets

Internal and external content hubs

Build scalable systems for content updates tied to ongoing product releases

Ensure content is current, accessible, and aligned with latest product capabilities

6. Cross‑Functional Coordination

Partner closely with:

Product Management

for feature readiness and accuracy

Storytelling

and

Growth

teams for narrative and engagement alignment

Comms

and internal stakeholders for alignment and amplification

Creative

and production teams for execution

Serve as the central point of coordination for launch content across teams

Basic Qualifications

5+ years of experience creating clear and engaging digital content that drives feature understanding and adoption

Experience managing content across multiple channels (web, video, internal communications, social)

Portfolio or work samples are required

Preferred Qualifications

Passion for AI technology

Strong organization and project management skills

Experience driving internal alignment and clarity across stakeholders

Experience in the technology industry is preferred

The base salary budgeted range for this position is $115,000 - $135,000. Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commission.
