About the Role We are a growing and dynamic personal injury law firm in Beverly Hills, California known for aggressive advocacy, exceptional client service, and a results-driven approach. With a commitment to excellence, integrity, and compassionate advocacy, we are expanding our team and seeking a skilled Demand Writer to join our growing pre-litigation department.

The Demand Writer is responsible for drafting compelling and comprehensive settlement demand packages that present clients’ injuries, medical treatments, and damages in a clear and persuasive manner. This individual will work closely with case managers, attorneys, and medical providers to obtain all supporting documents and accurately portray the full value of each case.

Responsibilities

Draft well-structured, persuasive demand letters based on medical records, billing statements, accident reports, photographs, and client narratives

Analyze and summarize medical treatment, diagnoses, and future care needs

Coordinate with case managers and legal staff to ensure all relevant documents and case details are included

Highlight pain and suffering, loss of enjoyment, and other non-economic damages

Ensure demands are tailored for each case type (e.g., auto accident, premises liability, dog bite, etc.)

Edit and revise demands in response to feedback from attorneys

Track deadlines and ensure timely completion of demand packages

Maintain confidentiality and compliance with legal standards

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience drafting personal injury demands (plaintiff-side preferred)

Strong understanding of bodily injury claims and medical terminology

Excellent legal writing, grammar, and communication skills

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities

Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines

Proficiency with case management systems and Microsoft Office Suite

Paralegal certificate or legal education is a plus

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: $23.00 per hour - $30.00 per hour
