Associate Attorney – Intellectual Property Attorney | Top 200 AM Law Firm | Hybrid – Riverside, CA
Base pay range: $130,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr
Our client, a Top 200 AM Law firm, is seeking an Intellectual Property Attorney to join their growing Riverside office. The ideal candidate will work on a wide range of Intellectual Property litigation matters, including patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret disputes.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle trademark, patent, copyright, and trade secret litigation in federal court
- Provide IP-related advice and counseling to clients
- Conduct document reviews and manage e-discovery
- Prepare and respond to written discovery requests
- Conduct and defend depositions
- Draft and argue motions and appear in court hearings
- Participate in arbitrations and trials
- Prepare and prosecute trademark, copyright, and patent applications and respond to office actions
- (Bonus) Assist with licensing transactions, general business, or employment litigation
Qualifications
- 3–7 years of overall litigation experience (with at least 2 years focused on IP litigation)
- Experience before the Trademark Office, Patent Office, or ITC is a plus
- Strong writing, research, and advocacy skills
- Admission to practice law in the State of California is required

Salary and Other Compensation
The annual salary for this position is between $130,000 – $200,000 annually.
