Responsibilities
- Implementation and upgrade consultant for SAP GTS 11 to GTS Edition for SAP HANA 2023 and integration to S/4HANA 2023: The primary focus will be collaborating with customer business and IT stakeholders, influencing the processes, tools and operating models within the relevant area. The role will involve determining the nature of the business need in order to contribute the most value-adding application of the solution.
- 3+ years of experience in SAP Global Trade Services (GTS)
- Extensive knowledge and configuration experience in SAP GTS and SAP GTS related setup in S/4HANA
- Experience addressing GTS upgrade requirements for Trade Compliance, Customs and Preference Management
- Export/Import Management with regional variances
- Compliance Management with regional requirements
- Regional and industry compliance having downstream system integration experience with solutions like SEABURGER
- Proven ability to deliver high profile activities to tight timescales
- Strong organizational skills
- Demonstrate the scenarios with business users for signoff
- Creates and maintains end-user documentation providing communication and training as needed to user groups
- Eagerness to work in a team-oriented environment
- Motivated, persistent, eager to optimize, drive for excellence
- Strong communication and presentation skills (verbal & written)
- Willingness to travel to customer sites when required (15-20%)
- Technical discussions with key stakeholders
- Interaction with Technical SMEs
- Strong understanding of object-oriented
- Provide SAP functional analysis, SAP Pricing
- Support, SAP solution architecture in Pricing area
- Provide day-to-day support for the SAP applications in the Pricing area by resolving change requests and malfunction/incident tickets
- Discuss business requirements with the Business Process Owners and Key Users and provide satisfying SAP system solution with the aim to adhere to SAP standard solutions
- Responsible for implementing procedures and standards to improve operational efficiency, monitor compliance, and mitigate risks to achieve team results
- Configuration and documentation of new design
- Develop proof of concept business processes
- Support change and release management
- Support test processes and user training for SAP Pricing business process area
- Status update to customer and TCS Management
- Understanding of Agile methodologies
Qualifications
- Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
