Position Overview
We are seeking an entry-level
Owner Relations Representative
to support communication with royalty and mineral owners. This role is responsible for handling inquiries, providing accurate account information, and ensuring a positive experience for owners through clear and professional communication.

What You’ll Do
You’ll serve as a key point of contact for royalty and mineral owners, helping ensure they receive accurate, timely, and professional support.
Respond to incoming calls and emails from owners
Assist with questions related to royalty payments, statements, and ownership updates
Support resolution of basic issues related to revenue, division orders, and suspense accounts
Maintain accurate records of communications and account activity
Coordinate with internal revenue, land, and accounting teams
Provide general administrative and data entry support

Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Willingness to learn oil & gas concepts and systems
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
No prior oil & gas experience required — training provided.

Compensation
Annual base salary:
$45,000 – $65,000 , based on experience and qualifications
Eligibility for
performance-based bonus
