Creates user-centered content for application flows, onboarding journeys, help documentation, and educational materials aligned with established standards and governance frameworks. Partners with content leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver seamless experiences and scalable content solutions.
Key Responsibilities Content Creation & Execution Write clear help content including articles, FAQs, tooltips, onboarding guidance, and error messaging Ensure consistency through style guides, content patterns, and design standards Apply accessibility, plain language, and regulatory requirements
Standardization & Governance Develop reusable content patterns across platforms Document decisions to support governance and knowledge sharing Conduct content audits and refine standards
Collaboration & Delivery Partner with product, design, engineering, and business teams Manage reviews across stakeholders, including compliance and accessibility Participate in critiques, workshops, and feedback cycles
Quality & Optimization Incorporate user feedback and testing insights Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency and content quality Contribute to scalable processes, templates, and best practices
Qualifications 5+ years in content design or UX writing for digital products Strong portfolio demonstrating clear, user-focused content Experience with design systems and cross-functional collaboration Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Confluence, Miro, or similar Strong communication, systems thinking, and stakeholder management skills
The pay range for this position is 60 to 61.50/hr. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
