Full-Time About the Opportunity A fast-paced and growing real estate organization is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
Escrow Assistant
to support their dynamic escrow team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a high-volume environment, enjoys working cross-functionally, and takes pride in keeping transactions running smoothly from start to finish. What You’ll Do Support escrow officers with day-to-day transaction management and closing processes Prepare and review escrow documents, contracts, and closing materials Coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication Track transaction timelines and ensure all steps are completed accurately and on schedule Assist with financial components of transactions, including calculations and documentation Maintain organized and compliant escrow files in accordance with company policies and regulations Jump in wherever needed to keep deals moving efficiently What We’re Looking For 1+ year of escrow, real estate, or related administrative experience Bachelor’s degree preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to think on your feet High level of professionalism and customer service Why This Role Stands Out Opportunity to work closely with an experienced escrow team Exposure to full-cycle real estate transactions Collaborative, team-oriented environment Ideal for someone looking to grow within escrow or real estate operations Schedule & Environment Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (flexibility for occasional overtime/weekends) Fully onsite in a professional office setting
