Optomi, in partnership with a leading entertainment client, is looking for a Senior Product Analyst/Sr. Business Systems Analyst to join their team in Orlando, FL.
Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced analyst to support a large-scale Warehouse Management System (WMS) transformation. This role will serve as a critical interface between business and technology teams, driving requirements, process optimization, and system configuration as part of the transition from legacy WMS platforms to Blue Yonder WMS. The position demands a collaborative, hands-on approach focused on Agile delivery, process mapping, and translating business needs into technical solutions within a supply chain environment.

What type of experience does the right candidate have: 5+ years of experience as a Product Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or similar. Strong experience in warehouse or supply chain environments. Hands-on experience writing Agile user stories and user acceptance criteria. Experience with Jira and Confluence.
What the responsibilities are of the right candidate: Partner with business and technical stakeholders to define requirements and deliver scalable WMS solutions. Write Agile user stories and user acceptance criteria to support development and configuration work. Lead process mapping and workflow design using tools like Miro to identify gaps and optimization opportunities. Translate business processes into system configurations within Blue Yonder. Support system implementation, testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement efforts. Manage backlog, prioritization, and alignment across cross-functional teams. Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives. Act as a subject matter expert across supply chain and warehouse operations.
