Position Overview: We are seeking a creative, organized, and proactive Recruiter / Social Media Assistant to join our team at our Coral Gables office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, creating engaging online content, and supporting recruitment efforts. You will play a key role in attracting top talent while helping grow and maintain our company’s online presence.
Key Responsibilities: Source, screen, and communicate with potential candidates for open positions Schedule interviews and assist with the hiring process Conduct initial interviews in person or via Zoom Post job openings on job boards, social media platforms, and recruiting channels Manage candidate communication and maintain applicant records in the ATS Assist with onboarding processes for new hires, including documentation and orientation setup Create, schedule, and manage social media content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok Monitor social media engagement and respond to messages/comments professionally Help grow brand awareness through creative campaigns and recruitment marketing Provide general administrative support as needed
Qualifications: Previous experience in recruiting, social media management, administrative support, or customer service preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable conducting interviews and speaking with candidates professionally Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools Experience with job boards and applicant tracking systems (ATS) preferred Highly organized with strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace Positive attitude, creativity, and strong work ethic
