Administrative Assistant Automotive Service Department Frisco, CO. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Automotive Service Writer. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has excellent organizational skills, and is eager to contribute to a team that values customer satisfaction and quality service. Automotive knowledge is necessary.
Key Responsibilities: Assist the Service Writer in preparing accurate and timely auto service estimates.
Receive, organize, and return automotive parts as needed.
Check in customers, ensuring a friendly and professional experience.
Maintain clear communication with customers regarding service updates.
Support general automotive administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
Qualifications: Previous administrative or customer service experience preferred (automotive experience a plus).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with basic computer applications (MS Office, service software a bonus).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
