An events and promotions business is currently being represented in the search for an Entry Level Marketing Manager to join their Charlotte operation. This role focuses on developing future managers by providing hands‑on responsibility across campaign delivery, team coordination, and performance management from day one.

Rather than being confined to execution‑only tasks, this position is built around learning how to manage people, activity, and results, with clear progression into senior leadership roles as capability develops.

About the Role
The Entry Level Marketing Manager supports the planning and execution of in‑person marketing campaigns while developing core management skills. Early responsibilities focus on understanding how teams operate, how campaigns are structured, and how performance is tracked. As experience grows, the role expands into supervising team members, coordinating daily activity, and supporting decision‑making.

This is an on‑site role where learning happens through responsibility, not observation.

What You’ll Be Doing

Supporting the management and coordination of live marketing and sales campaigns

Assisting with daily team scheduling, task allocation, and activity planning

Helping onboard, train, and support new team members

Monitoring campaign performance and reporting on results

Providing feedback and support to ensure standards are met

Working closely with senior managers on planning, organisation, and leadership tasks

Ensuring brand presentation and messaging remain consistent across campaigns

Training, Development & Progression
Comprehensive training is provided from the outset, with ongoing coaching as responsibility increases. The focus is on developing practical management skills including leadership, communication, organisation, time management, and decision‑making.

Progression is performance‑based. Strong performers can move into positions with greater team leadership, campaign oversight, and operational responsibility.

Pay
Paid weekly. Compensation includes a base level of pay with additional performance‑related bonuses available. Earnings increase as responsibility and contribution grow.
