Description JOB SUMMARY Responsible for firsthand communication with customers and use of customer portals as needed. This includes building and executing expedite plans throughout the value stream. Issues/tracks work orders and ensures work orders are moving through the work centers per ERP schedule. This position is also responsible for expediting, prioritizing, monitoring and controlling aging work orders.
Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS High School Diploma or Equivalent Intermediate Skills - Microsoft Office Suite 1+ years of Production Control or Customer Service in Aerospace Industry
