Job Overview
Titan Homes, a division of Champion Home Builders, Inc., is seeking General Production Workers to join our team at the Sangerfield, NY facility.
Compensation and Benefits
Full benefit package including retirement with company match. First shift Monday – Friday. Paid weekly at $20–$27 per hour, based on experience.
Responsibilities
Perform all manual labor in the assigned area.
Keep area neat and clean.
Read and use a tape measure.
Read blueprints and orders.
Communicate effectively with coworkers.
Use hand tools, air tools, and electrical tools.
Physical Demands
The employee is regularly required to stand, use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. Frequent walking, climbing or balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. Must lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally more than 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Qualifications
Less than high school education or up to one month related experience or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous experience in manufacturing or modular housing is desired.
Drug Screening
Must be able to pass a 7-panel drug screen.
