Description
ESC has an exciting opportunity for a Digital Marketing Specialist to support marketing initiatives for our premier technology client's Creators Marketing organization in New York, NY . This 6-month contract role will support two key workstreams: paid media campaigns and creator education programs . The ideal candidate will have experience executing digital marketing campaigns, supporting paid advertising initiatives, and managing marketing projects across cross-functional teams.
This position is ideal for a detail-oriented marketing professional who enjoys working with data, coordinating campaigns, and supporting programs that engage creators through personalized communications and educational initiatives.
Responsibilities
Lifecycle & Creator Communications
• Execute personalized email campaigns for creators during key moments throughout the year including deal events, seasonal campaigns, and lifecycle initiatives
• Execute push notification campaigns to distribute important information to creators during critical engagement periods
• Support the development of cross-channel marketing automation programs to improve targeting and communication effectiveness
• Monitor automation processes and campaign workflows to ensure proper execution
• Track performance and create reporting and recaps for lifecycle and engagement marketing programs
• Analyze campaign results and recommend improvements based on data insights
Paid Media Campaign Support
• Assist with paid media campaign management including reporting, pacing, and performance tracking
• Support ad trafficking, media plan development, and campaign optimization
• Manage tagging and tracking parameters for digital campaigns
• Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to ensure campaign deliverables are executed on schedule
Creator Education Programs
• Partner with agency teams to review and implement creator-facing marketing assets across multiple channels
• Track project timelines, dependencies, and asset delivery schedules using Asana or similar project management tools
• Moderate live webinars , manage participant engagement, and respond to questions during events
• Compile post-webinar feedback and questions to inform future educational content development
• Create performance reports on educational content engagement and KPIs for internal stakeholders
Required Qualifications
• 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign management, or marketing operations
• Experience executing digital marketing campaigns including email, push notifications, or paid media
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines
• Experience using Asana or similar project management tools
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through on deliverables
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple cross-functional stakeholders
• Comfort working with data analysis and marketing performance reporting
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with paid digital advertising or media campaign management
• Experience supporting creator, influencer, or affiliate marketing programs
• Experience with lifecycle marketing or marketing automation programs
• Familiarity with webinar moderation or virtual event support
