Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Representative. The responsibilities include identifying and generating new business opportunities, managing the sales lifecycle from prospecting to deal closure, and building strong relationships with clients. The role involves conducting research to understand market trends, communicating effectively with potential clients, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to meet client needs.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in Inside Sales and Lead Generation

Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal Skills

Proven experience in Sales and Business Development

Ability to build and maintain relationships with a variety of stakeholders

Proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently in a remote setting

Experience in the banking, financial services, or fintech industries is an advantage

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
