Sales Executive Banking & Financial Services
We are seeking an experienced Sales Leader to drive new logo acquisition and revenue growth across Banking & Financial Services (retail banking, commercial banking, capital markets, payments, and insurance). This role is responsible for building executive relationships, originating and closing large, complex deals, and developing long-term strategic client partnerships focused on measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate is a proven hunter with a strong network in BFSI and a track record of landing and expanding high-value enterprise accounts. Success will be measured by pipeline creation, closed revenue, and sustained account growth (multi-year, multi-service engagements).
Build and deepen CXO-level relationships across banks, insurers, payments providers, and capital markets firms, positioning the company as a strategic transformation partner.
Originate, pursue, and close new business opportunities, with emphasis on new logo acquisition and strategic expansion within priority BFSI accounts.
Diagnose client priorities (growth, efficiency, risk, customer experience) and shape differentiated solutions across digital banking, data & AI, cloud modernization, payments, cybersecurity, and regulatory remediation.
Lead end-to-end sales cycles for large, complex, multi-stakeholder pursuitsbuilding business cases, orchestrating pursuit teams, and negotiating commercial terms to close.
Leverage alliances and partner ecosystems (cloud providers, ISVs, fintechs) to develop joint offerings and differentiated value propositions for BFSI clients.
Partner with delivery, product, and account teams to ensure seamless handoff, strong governance, and high client satisfactionexpanding relationships post-close.
Represent the company at BFSI events and forums; build visibility with industry bodies, partners, and key influencers.
Facilitate executive briefings, value workshops, and solution demonstrations for senior stakeholders (CIO, CDO, CISO, COO, Heads of Digital/Payments/Risk).
Track market and regulatory trends (e.g., risk and compliance priorities, data privacy, operational resilience) to identify growth plays and inform account strategy.
12+ years of enterprise sales experience in technology, consulting, or services, including meaningful experience selling into Banking/Financial Services.
Proven success in new logo acquisition and scaling strategic accounts, with evidence of closing large, multi-year deals.
Expertise in complex, solution-based selling and navigating multi-stakeholder buying committees (business, technology, risk, procurement, legal).
Working knowledge of BFSI priorities and constraints, including risk management, security, data governance, and regulatory expectations.
Executive presence and strong communication skills; ability to influence senior leaders and align stakeholders around a clear value proposition.
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $150,000.00 to $210,000.00. Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience.
