Job Description Job Description ** Position Summary ** We are seeking a results-driven Logistics Freight Forwarding Sales Account Executive to develop new business opportunities and manage client relationships within the transportation and logistics industry. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of freight forwarding operations and at least 3 years of relevant experience. Familiarity with CargoWise is a plus. Bilingual candidates (especially Chinese/Mandarin) are highly preferred. Key Responsibilities Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in freight forwarding (air, ocean, and ground). Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term partnerships. Understand customer logistics needs and provide tailored transportation solutions. Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments. Prepare and present pricing proposals, quotations, and service contracts. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements. Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM systems. Qualifications & Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain sales. Strong knowledge of freight forwarding operations (air, ocean, import/export processes). Proven track record in sales and business development. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Experience with CargoWise is a plus. Bilingual (English + another language) is a plus; Mandarin Chinese preferred. Company also offers a generous commission package, with other allowances
