Job Description: Define and execute the overarching UX vision and strategy in alignment with organizational objectives, ensuring a seamless and cohesive user experience across all products and platforms. Lead innovation in UX design methodologies by integrating emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to deliver forward-thinking, user-centered experiences. Oversee comprehensive user research initiativesincluding user interviews, usability testing, heuristic evaluations, and behavioural data analysisto derive actionable insights that drive design decisions. Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and key stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into intuitive, user-centric design solutions that enhance product usability and customer satisfaction. Mentor and lead multidisciplinary design teams, including UX designers, researchers, and visual designers, promoting a culture of design excellence, collaboration, and continuous professional growth. Establish and track UX performance metrics such as task success rates, Net Promoter Scores (NPS), and user engagement indicators to evaluate and refine design effectiveness. Direct the creation and governance of scalable, component-based design systems to ensure consistency, usability, and efficiency across all digital interfaces and user interactions. Manage multiple high-impact design projects by defining priorities, setting timelines, and ensuring timely delivery of key milestones that align with both user needs and business goals. Serve as a UX advocate within the organization by articulating user needs, presenting research findings, and influencing strategic decisions at the executive leadership level.
Field of study: Bachelor's Degree required in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or Human Computer Interaction.
