Our client, an e-commerce Fortune 25 company , is looking to hire a Marketing Manager (SEO Focus ) in Seattle, WA
Pay Rate Range: $30/h - $37/h on W2,depending on experience
Duration: 12-Month Contract (Potential Extension/Conversion)
Location: Seattle, WA (Onsite)
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced SEO professional to lead search engine optimization strategy across global career and hiring websites. This role requires a data-driven individual with strong expertise in technical SEO, content optimization, and emerging AI-driven search technologies.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing large-scale SEO initiatives, working across multiple regions and languages, and driving measurable improvements in organic traffic, rankings, and user engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic SEO Leadership
Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies for global career and hiring websites across multiple countries and languages
Establish and maintain technical SEO roadmaps in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Lead AI-driven search initiatives, including testing frameworks and optimization strategies
Drive local SEO programs, including landing page optimization
Implement metadata standardization and testing frameworks to improve rankings and click-through rates
Technical SEO Management Oversee technical on-site SEO implementation and optimization
Provide guidance on large-scale site migrations and platform transitions
Manage SEO requirements during CMS migrations and domain consolidations
Implement and maintain white-hat link-building strategies
Content & Analytics Lead content SEO strategy, including multilingual content initiatives
Build and scale keyword research frameworks
Manage SEO performance reporting and analytics
Develop A/B testing methodologies to optimize content performance
Create scalable processes and tools to support content strategy execution
Required Qualifications
Technical Expertise Strong experience in technical SEO, content SEO, and local SEO
Proficiency with Google Marketing Platform
Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Search Console, Semrush, Screaming Frog, and Adobe Analytics
Familiarity with AI-based search optimization and testing
Professional Experience 4-6+ years of experience in SEO within high-growth or large-scale environments
Proven track record managing SEO for international or multi-market platforms
Experience working with enterprise-level organizations
Demonstrated success with site migrations and technical SEO implementations
Ability to drive measurable improvements in keyword rankings and organic traffic
Core Skills Strong data-driven decision-making abilities
Experience building testing frameworks and measurement systems
Ability to manage large-scale SEO programs end-to-end
Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills
Ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
Preferred Qualifications Basic understanding of HTML5, SQL, and REGEX
Experience in recruitment marketing or e-commerce domains
Experience managing brand search presence and digital PR integration
Background working across both startup and enterprise environments
Consulting or freelance experience across diverse projects
