SEO Specialist

Location Seattle,WA Description ESC has an exciting opportunity for an SEO Specialist to support a global team focused on optimizing career and hiring websites for a leading technology organization. This 1-year contract role is ideal for a data-driven SEO professional with strong technical expertise, experience managing large-scale websites, and a passion for emerging AI search capabilities. This is a fully onsite opportunity in Seattle, WA , supporting a collaborative and high-impact team with potential for extension or conversion. Job Description: SEO Strategy & Leadership Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies for global career and hiring websites across multiple regions and languages Build and maintain technical SEO roadmaps in partnership with cross-functional teams Lead initiatives focused on AI-driven search optimization and testing frameworks Drive local SEO strategies, including landing page optimization and content targeting Technical SEO Oversee onsite technical SEO implementation and performance optimization Support large-scale site migrations, CMS transitions, and domain consolidations Ensure SEO best practices are integrated into platform and development workflows Implement and manage ethical (white-hat) link-building strategies Content & Analytics Lead SEO content strategy, including keyword research and multilingual content initiatives Develop and scale frameworks for content optimization and performance tracking Manage reporting and analytics using tools such as Adobe Analytics and Google platforms Design and execute A/B testing strategies to improve search rankings and engagement Must Have Qualifications: 4-6+ years of experience in SEO, including technical and on-page optimization Proficiency with SEO and analytics tools such as: Google Search Console SEMrush Screaming Frog Adobe Analytics Experience with Google Marketing Platform Familiarity with AI search optimization and testing methodologies Bachelor's degree required Nice to Have Qualifications: Experience with HTML5, SQL, and/or REGEX Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration experience Experience supporting global or multilingual SEO programs
