Summary:

Support documentation of SOPs and work instructions for SAP-enabled business processes across Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Manufacturing operations. Partner with Value Stream Leads, SMEs, and project teams to capture and document processes in a clear, consistent format.

Responsibilities:

• Document SOPs, work instructions, and process guides
• Capture process flows, roles, decision points, exceptions, and controls
• Translate operational and system processes into user-ready documentation
• Participate in walkthroughs, workshops, and working sessions
• Review and revise documentation based on feedback
• Maintain documentation consistency and version control
• Support documentation for UAT, training, and go-live

Required:

• 3+ years in technical writing / SOP / process documentation
• Experience in Supply Chain, Warehouse, or Manufacturing environments
• Strong understanding of workflows and documentation practices
• Strong written communication and attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint (Visio preferred)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently

Education:

• Associate’s Degree (minimum)
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
