We’re looking for a motivated Customs Entry Writer to join a fast-paced, customer-focused logistics team. This is a great opportunity for someone with freight forwarding or customs brokerage experience who wants to grow their career in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and file customs entry documentation in line with U.S. Customs regulations
• Accurately enter shipment data and update milestones in internal systems
• File Partner Government Agency (PGA) data (e.g., FDA, Fish & Wildlife), including Prior Notice
• Monitor and manage exception reports in a timely manner
• Proactively resolve logistics and transportation issues with a customer-first mindset
• Communicate regularly with customers, providing full visibility on shipment status
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years’ experience in freight forwarding, logistics, transportation, or distribution
• Strong understanding of customs processes and compliance
• Experience using CargoWise (required)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
