Universal Health Services - - Responsibilities: Make outgoing calls to IPM guarantors to collect self-pay balances for professional services; Audit accounts for accuracy to ensure past due balances are patient responsibility; Triages calls if insurance responsibility is identified; Answers guarantor inquiries regarding charges, insurance, and EOBs; Collects and posts payments to the Practice Management System and establish payment plans per policy
