Job Description
Manage daily on-site construction activities to ensure projects adhere to schedules and budgets.
Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.
Monitor and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure compliance with standards.
Oversee quality control and ensure construction meets project requirements.
Supervise and mentor on-site construction teams to maintain productivity and morale.
Address and resolve any construction issues or delays promptly and effectively.
Ensure accurate reporting and documentation of project progress and activities.

5-10 yrs proven expertise in managing construction projects within the property industry.
Strong leadership skills to manage teams and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and project specifications.
Knowledge of safety regulations and the ability to enforce them on-site.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
A results-driven attitude with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
