The Construction Superintendent - Life Sciences Projects will:
Oversee all phases of life science construction projects, ensuring on‑time and on‑budget completion.
Coordinate with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and subcontractors, to maintain seamless communication.
Monitor site safety and ensure compliance with all OSHA and company safety standards.
Review project plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy and adherence to design requirements.
Manage schedules, resource allocation, and project milestones to meet deadlines effectively.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and address any potential issues promptly.
Maintain detailed project documentation and reports for internal and client use.
