Responsibilities
Identify prospective healthcare candidates through our unique platform and your personal network
Engage potential candidates to introduce MLR opportunities and assess their interest
Arrange appointments between candidates and our recruiters for thorough evaluations
Follow up with leads to sustain their interest and aid their hiring journey
Keep precise and updated records in our applicant tracking system
Generate commission based on the meetings set, interviews conducted, and hires resulting from your leads
Requirements for Success
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Compensation Structure
This is a commission-only, performance-based opportunity. This means there's no limit to your earning potential or success.
