to lead field execution, develop teams, and drive performance across the region.

This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing multiple locations, responsible for improving store-level operations while building strong District Managers and GMs. Scope of the role: Oversight of a multi-unit market (roughly 8–15 locations depending on structure) Direct management of District Managers with full accountability for store performance Ownership of P&L across the region including sales, labor, food cost, and profitability Partner with ownership and senior leadership on growth strategy and operational improvements Key responsibilities: Drive weekly and monthly performance across all stores, holding teams accountable to KPIs Improve labor models, scheduling, and staffing to protect margins and service levels Analyze P&Ls and identify gaps in performance, then implement action plans with field teams Build and develop District Managers and GMs, focusing on retention and internal promotions Standardize operations across locations to ensure consistency in execution and guest experience Lead new store openings including hiring, training, and operational setup Step into stores when needed to support teams and stabilize underperforming locations What we’re looking for: 5–10+ years in QSR or fast casual with strong multi-unit experience Currently a Director of Ops, Area Director, or high-performing District Manager ready for the next step Experience overseeing District Managers and multiple markets preferred Strong financial xywuqvp acumen with full ownership of P&L and cost controls Proven ability to improve KPIs like labor %, food cost, ticket times, and overall store profitability Hands-on operator who can balance strategy with in-store execution Why this role: Opportunity to step into a high-impact leadership seat with real influence on the business Visibility with ownership and ability to help shape growth strategy Stable platform with expansion plans in place Compensation: Competitive base + bonus, aligned with experience
