Identify prospective healthcare candidates using our unique platform alongside your existing network Engage with potential candidates to present MLR opportunities and assess their interest Coordinate meetings between candidates and our recruiters for in-depth screening Follow up with leads to nurture interest and guide them through the hiring process Keep up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system Benefit from commissions based on meetings scheduled, interviews conducted, and successful hires from your leads What You Need to Succeed
