Qualifications

Possess a Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field.

Deep understanding of submarine communications systems and procedures, strategic deterrence mission, and undersea environment challenges.

Expertise in NC3 architecture, systems, policies, procedures, and employment through all war phases.

Proven history of policy development, inter‑agency coordination, and participation in high‑level forums related to military operations.

Self‑motivated, can work independently at high level to drive multi‑organizational efforts.

Strong organizational skills.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.
