Position: Senior Salesforce Consultant / BSA Location: Remote Duration: 5 Months Job Type: Temporary Employment Work Type: RemoteOnsite

This position is open to both C2C and W2 consultants

Role Overview Senior Salesforce Consultant / Business Systems Analyst responsible for end-to-end solution design and business analysis within the Salesforce ecosystem Partner closely with Senior Salesforce Architects and client SMEs to define scalable, enterprise-grade solutions Act as a key liaison between Business, IT, and Executive stakeholders (VP / Executive Director level) Drive stakeholder confidence and align solutions with enterprise architecture standards Key Responsibilities

Lead solution design for Salesforce implementations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Health Cloud, and Data Cloud Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture, analyze, and translate requirements into functional and technical specifications Facilitate requirement gathering workshops, design discussions, and solution brainstorming sessions across geographies Prepare and maintain detailed documentation: EPICS, features, user stories (JIRA), scope documents, gap analysis, use cases, and solution design artifacts Build prototype configurations during the design phase to validate business requirements and proposed solutions Provide architectural oversight and contribute to CRM roadmap planning and platform strategy Coordinate with development, configuration, and QA teams during build, test, and deployment phases Act as a bridge between onsite and offshore teams, ensuring clarity in requirements and timely delivery Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and governance frameworks Participate in Scrum of Scrums and manage dependencies across multiple parallel Salesforce programs Required Experience

8+ years of overall IT experience with a minimum of 5+ years in Salesforce ecosystem Hands-on experience in at least 4-5 end-to-end Salesforce implementations (minimum 6 months each) Strong exposure to CRM roadmap planning and enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations Mandatory domain experience in Healthcare Payer (preferably Sales stream) Proven experience working in large-scale, multi-program enterprise environments Required Skills

Strong expertise in Salesforce configuration, administration, and core platform capabilities Deep understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Health Cloud, and Data Cloud Proficiency in requirements analysis, documentation, and backlog management Hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA and Confluence Strong stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to interact effectively with global teams and senior leadership Experience in managing requirements across distributed (onsite-offshore) delivery models Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills

Salesforce certifications (Administration / Consulting) Knowledge of Apex and Visualforce Experience in Salesforce code optimization and re-engineering Exposure to custom application development on Force.com platform Familiarity with AgentForce and advanced Salesforce capabilities Work Environment

Involves collaboration with global teams across multiple time zones Requires flexibility for early morning / late evening calls to support offshore coordination Fast-paced, enterprise environment with multiple concurrent Salesforce programs
