Serve as a
key leader in advisory and delivery , driving enterprise Salesforce architecture and strategy Lead
multi-cloud transformation programs
from design through execution Partner with
client executives, business stakeholders, and global delivery teams Contribute to
practice growth, accelerators, standards, and Center of Excellence (CoE) Key Responsibilities
Architecture & Delivery Leadership
Lead
end-to-end solution architecture
across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Health Cloud, Data Cloud Define
technical strategy, platform architecture, and integration design
aligned to business goals Own
technical delivery lifecycle : discovery → design → build → QA → go-live Conduct
architecture reviews, design governance, and risk mitigation Translate
complex business needs into scalable, maintainable solutions Data Cloud & AI
Architect
Data Cloud solutions : ingestion, identity resolution, unified models, calculated insights Design
data activation strategies
across CRM, marketing, and AI workflows Leverage
Einstein AI / Agentforce
for intelligent automation and personalization Guide
data governance, segmentation, and real-time personalization frameworks Health Cloud
Design solutions for
care management, coordination, patient/member engagement Apply
healthcare standards (HL7, FHIR) and compliance (HIPAA) Architect integrations with
EHR/EMR systems, payer platforms, clinical data sources Deliver solutions across
payer, provider, and life sciences domains Integration & Platform Engineering
Define
enterprise integration architectures
(ERP, ITSM, HCM, data platforms, third-party systems) Establish patterns using
MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, platform events, CDC, Salesforce Connect Ensure
scalability, security, observability, and reliability
of integrations Drive
API governance, monitoring, and error-handling frameworks Required Experience
Proven delivery of
large-scale, multi-cloud Salesforce programs
in enterprise environments Hands-on expertise in
Data Cloud (data streams, identity resolution, segmentation) Deep experience in
Health Cloud and healthcare interoperability Strong background in
integration architecture and event-driven systems Experience in
consulting / professional services with multiple concurrent engagements Technical Skills
