6 + years of Salesforce platform experience, with hands on delivery of AI driven solutions using Agentforce, Einstein features, and Salesforce Data Cloud
Roles & Responsibilities
Agentforce & AI Solution Development • Design and develop Agentforce agents to support sales, service, and operational use cases. • Build agent workflows, orchestration logic, and guardrails using Salesforce Flow, Apex, and Agentforce configurations. • Implement tool calling and action frameworks enabling agents to interact with Salesforce data, flows, and external systems. • Ensure agent responses are accurate, explainable, secure, and aligned with business policies.
Einstein AI & Generative AI Features • Implement and customize Einstein AI features, including:
o Einstein Copilot / Agentforce experiences
o AI assisted case, opportunity, and knowledge use cases
o Predictive and generative AI patterns within Salesforce • Apply best practices for prompt design, grounding, and context injection using Salesforce data. • Optimize prompts for accuracy, performance, and business relevance.
Salesforce Data Cloud Engineering • Design and implement Salesforce Data Cloud solutions, including:
o Data ingestion from Salesforce and external systems
o Identity resolution and unified customer profiles
o Calculated insights and real time data activation • Integrate Data Cloud with Agentforce and Einstein to enable contextual, data driven agent responses. • Build and maintain data pipelines, mappings, and transformations ensuring data quality and governance.
Integration & Platform Development • Develop Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows to support AI enabled workflows. • Design and implement integrations using REST APIs, Platform Events, and middleware to connect Data Cloud and Agentforce with external systems. • Ensure solutions adhere to Salesforce governor limits, security, and performance best practices.
Governance, Security & Optimization • Implement data access controls, grounding strategies, and AI safety guardrails. • Monitor and optimize agent performance, response quality, and adoption. • Collaborate with architects and admins to align AI solutions with enterprise standards.
Generic Managerial Skills, If any
Good Communication skills and team player
Base Salary Range : $120,000 to $150,000 Per Annum
