We are seeking a detail-oriented
Order Entry Clerk
to support customer accounts and coordinate order flow within a fast-paced industrial environment. This role goes beyond basic data entry-you will be a key link between customers, production, and internal teams to ensure accuracy, alignment, and on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a point of contact for assigned customers, managing order communication and updates Accurately enter and coordinate sales, production, and outside processing orders Monitor schedules to ensure on-time delivery and proactively address delays Maintain accurate customer data, pricing, and part specifications Support inventory alignment to ensure efficient material usage Partner with internal teams to resolve order, production, or quality issues What We're Looking For:
Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or fast-paced service environment preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Professional communication skills with internal teams and customers 2+ years of college coursework and/or 5+ years of relevant experience
