Purpose of Position:
Peoples Bank is seeking an Information Technology Asset & Configuration Manager who is responsible for leading the enterprise IT asset management (ITAM) and configuration management (CMDB) programs. This role ensures full lifecycle governance of hardware, software, and technology assets, while maintaining stability, regulatory compliance and financial optimization.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Requirements
:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Minimum seven (10) years' experience in IT Asset Management or configuration management Minimum two (2) years experience leading enterprise ITAM or CMDB programs Familiarity with ITSM platforms Strong understanding of ITIL principles Strong Knowledge of hardware lifecycle, software licensing models, and IT governance frameworks. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent planning skills with attention to detail Proficient with the MS Office suite of tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
