Full-Time, Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

R+L Carriers has immediate opening for HR Data Entry Specialist at our Wilmington, OH Service Center office.
Responsibilities:
Process employment and mortgage verification requests in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring compliance with company policies and privacy regulations
Utilize HR systems and databases to accurately retrieve and report employment data
Enter new hires, make changes pertaining to pay rates, addresses, job titles, locations, and processes terminations in Oracle, Legacy, and Kronos
Serve as a point of contact for external agencies, lenders, and verifiers regarding employment confirmation requests
Coordinate with internal departments as needed to resolve discrepancies or obtain additional information
Perform variety of office support functions such as generating reports
Assist employees and management with requests and inquiries
Work in a confidential capacity
Requirements:
Superior written, verbal and customer service skills required
Proven ability to function in a fast-paced environment required
2+ years - providing executive administrative support in a fast-paced corporate setting
Demonstrate expertise in Microsoft Office to include Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and MS Word
Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to adapt to and initiate change
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both orally and written combined with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities and perform all other duties as assigned
Proven attention to detail and ability to complete projects timely
