Overview
Part-Time, Monday - Friday 4pm - 9pm. PT Pre-Clerk, Starting at $18.76 hr. Available PTO may be used immediately upon hire and enjoy an excellent benefits package that includes our own employee resorts.
R+L Carriers has an immediate opening for a Pre-Clerk to work in our Syracuse, NY Service Center.
Responsibilities
Answer calls on a multi-line system and redirect calls to appropriate contacts
Data entry and processing driver paperwork
Assist dispatchers
Other duties as requested by management
Qualifications
Requirements
Ability to multitask and have a sense of urgency
Ability to type 30 WPM with accuracy
Dependable and well-organized
Must be computer literate
Possess strong office, telephone, and communication skills
Basic knowledge of Windows, Outlook and other Microsoft products
Preferred
2+ years of experience as a clerk or in a similar role in a fast-paced environment
Freight logistics experience
