Lead and mentor operational teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and industry standards.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Collaborate with other department heads to align operational strategies with overall business objectives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in operations management or a similar leadership role.
Proven track record of successfully managing complex operational functions and driving efficiency improvements.
Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
Proficiency in operational software and systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, project management tools).
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate strategic goals into actionable operational plans.
